The 6 cc Oasis HLB cartridges contain the Oasis HLB sorbent, which is a universal polymeric reversed-phase sorbent that was developed for the extraction of a wide range of acidic, basic, and neutral compounds from various matrices using a simple, generic protocol. Since the Oasis HLB sorbent is water wettable, it maintains its capability for higher retention and excellent recoveries even if the sorbent runs dry, which means there is no need to take extraordinary steps to keep the sorbent beds from drying out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. The 60 µm particle size is recommended when working with viscous samples. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.
Waters Corp Oasis WAX Online Prospekt-2/Symbiosis Cartridge, 80Å, 30 µm, 10 mm, 96/pk
The Oasis WAX cartridges for Symbiosis/Prospekt-2 systems are designed for rugged, reproducible, and ultra-fast on-line SPE in the Spark Holland Symbiosis and Prospekt-2 systems. Each cartridge contains 10.4 mg of Oasis WAX, a polymeric reversed-phase, weak anion exchange mixed-mode sorbent that has been optimized for fast, simple, and highly selective sample preparation of strong acidic compounds. Each 800-series tray contains 96 cartridges and can be directly loaded into the Automatic Cartridge Exchange (ACE) or the ACE Feeder units of the Symbiosis/Prospekt-2 systems without the stainless steel tray holder/adaptor.
